- Voltage must match the controller. Never mix voltages.
- The charger must suit the chemistry: a lead-acid charger is not for lithium or LFP.
- On lithium packs, the BMS current rating must cover what the controller draws.
- Measure the battery box and note the connector type before ordering.
- Old batteries must not go into general scrap. India's Battery Waste Management Rules, 2022 cover EV batteries and send waste packs to registered recyclers. Ask us what to do with your old stock.
