Choosing an electric scooter for delivery work
On a delivery shift the scooter is your income. Here is what matters, and which of our models fit the job.
Quick answer
For a full delivery shift choose a high-speed model with at least 80 km of rated range and, ideally, an LFP battery. In our Surat showroom that means: Joy Gen-Next Nanu+, Joy Wolf+, Okaya Faast F2B, Joy Nemo, Okaya Defy 22, Okaya Faast F4, Joy Mihos, Okaya FEV 650.
What matters on a delivery shift
- Real range of at least 80 km — rated range drops with load, stops and heat.
- A high-speed model (licence and registration) — a full shift on main roads needs more than 25 km/h.
- An LFP battery if you ride every day — more charge cycles and better in the heat.
- Fast local service and spares, because a day off the road is a day without pay.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I use a 25 km/h scooter for delivery?
For short local deliveries it can work, but most riders find it too slow for a full shift. A high-speed model with 80 km or more of range is the usual choice.
Is EMI available for delivery riders?
Yes. Call 99091 21112 to check eligibility and the monthly amount for the model you want.
